Do you want to remove an old device from the Growatt environment? This can be done via OSS or through the device list in the ShinePhone app. Be careful which device you remove: the inverter mainly shows system data, while the meter mainly shows energy flows to and from the grid.
Removing Devices in the Growatt Environment
Sometimes an old device remains visible in the Growatt environment, for example after replacing an inverter or meter. You can easily remove it via the OSS page or via the device list in the ShinePhone app.
- Go to the OSS portal: https://oss.growatt.com/
- Log in with your installer account.
- Click on Monitoring & Management in the left menu bar.
- Click on Plant List.
- Find the installation in question.
- Double-click on the installation.
- Scroll down and look for Device List. It looks roughly like the image below.

Click Delete to remove the device from this power plant.
Note: carefully check which device you are removing. An inverter mainly shows system data, such as production and battery status. A meter mainly shows energy flows to and from the grid.
Removing a monitoring device can also be done via the eye icon in the customer environment. You can find this option in the location shown below.
