You can submit an RMA at Growatt via your installer account in the OSS portal:
On the left side, select 'Service Hall' > 'Warranty Claim' in the menu bar

Then click '+ Add a warranty application' at the top right

Next, enter the serial number

Then a number of mandatory fields follow:
Basic information: Enter the applicant's details here; in many cases this will be yourself, but it can also be the person responsible for warranty claims within your company.

Inverter information: Enter the details of the inverter itself here; when the inverter was installed, the address where it was installed,

*Installation address
*Postal code

Serial number and inverter type. Please ensure the serial number is entered correctly; Growatt will verify the inverter based on this serial number.

*Is the monitoring (device) online or offline?
Delivery information: Enter here the details of where the new inverter should be sent. This can be your company address, but also the address of the technician who will replace the inverter or directly to the end-user's address.

Malfunction description: Enter the fault description here, as fully as possible to expedite the warranty determination. If the inverter displays an error message on the display, please note the difference between error and warning.
Be sure to add a photo of the sticker on the side of the inverter, ensuring the serial number is clearly visible. If the inverter displays an error message on the display, also add a photo of the display where the text is clearly readable.
